This attractive and wearable dress is made of a blend, probably cotton and poly, which feels a lot like challis. The overall off white paisley print has a dark navy background. The bodice with elbow length lightly puffed sleeves has a high round neckline with soft pleats from a narrow shoulder yoke. The skirt with front and back inverted unstitched pleats flares below a 5" wide front and back hip yoke. The mid back zipper is plastic. Included is a 1 1/4" wide and 42" long self covered belt with covered buckle.
