Get out your best necklace, waist nipper and crinolines to show off this steel blue rayon taffeta party dress. It has the 1950's details you expect from designer Anne Fogarty with a low wide front and back V neckline and shaped front bodice seams that dip in at the waist to define the dropped waist. The bodice extends down the mid front of the dress as a panel giving an elongated look; there is no seam at the waist. Gathers at the side fronts and back add more fullness to the very wide flared full skirt. Elbow length dolman sleeves have a shaped fitted underarm side bodice panel below them for fit and ease of movement. The dropped mid back waist comes to a point; mid back metal zipper.
