 1920's Silk Chiffon Dress with Cape Collar & Handkerchief Hem 10-220
 If you have been looking for an authentic 1920's vintage silk dress that is wearable, this is it! The yellow silk chiffon fabric in this sweet flirty dress is slightly stretchy. The high round neckline has a split 8" wide cape collar which floats over the shoulders and extends to 16" wide at the back. The sleeveless bodice has a dropped waist with a draped hip band/belt across the front fastening at the side with a self fabric flower. Below the front and back 7" wide hip yoke is a flared skirt with a handkerchief hemline that varies from 12" to 22" long. The skirt laps over on the left side instead of a side seam adding to ease of movement. It is slip over the head style; no side placket. The underdress is pale yellow silk light weight crepe.

Very Good condition.
There are inconspicuous 1" and 1/4" pink colored spots about half way down on the right side skirt. A 1 1/2" slit has been mended on the front; 1" long slit has been mended on the right back collar. There is an 1/8" hole on the mid back which is covered with the back collar.
