  1964 Dee-Orr Fashions Cotton Full Length Three Hoop Petticoat 10-516
This white polished cotton three tier hoop petticoat has a drawstring waist. A bottom ruffle is edged with 1/2" wide cotton lace. Three removable flexible hoops are included. The mid front bottom skirt has been shortened to the 3rd casing, probably for ease in walking. Label: Dee-Orr Fashions, size 10, 299 Post Street, Westbury, N.Y. Can you hear the play on sounds echoing a famous French designer? The original dated invoice is included. For shipping, the hoops will be removed and tightly rolled.

Even with the alteration in the front length it appears to have been worn very little.
