  Vintage Bouffant White Taffeta Long Petticoat Hoop Skirt 10-519
This very full light weight white rayon taffeta petticoat with an adjustable drawstring waist can be worn as a petticoat or as a hoop skirt. Hoops are not included but are available at bridal sewing departments for you to insert in the casings. The skirt has 4 gathered tiers of graduated widths. It has been shortened 2" with a horizontal tuck on the second tier which could be removed to make it longer.
