1950's Magenta Taffeta Pleated Long Sleeve Blouse 2-113

This charming bright topper blouse is dressmaker made of very good quality magenta colored rayon taffeta. It may have been originally made as a maternity top, but it could also be worn as a light weight dressy cover up. It has a round collar and front and back yoke. The top features front shoulder flanges and long fitted sleeves. It closes mid front with six 1/2" diameter clear faceted glass buttons. Ten pleats are below the front yoke; eight pleats below the back yoke.
