This magenta taffeta maternity dress has a scattered rose pattern lace bodice and long sleeves. It is partially lined with the fabric of the skirt. The front boat neckline in front and a deep V in back. It has high puffed long pointed sleeves. The front and back bodice comes to a point. There are 4 adjustable tucks on the bodice. There are 8 round self covered buttons on the sleeves and 17 on the mid back with snap closures underneath. There is a 4" zipper below the back buttons. The flared skirt has a mid front panel, with 5 panels in the skirt in all. Not sure of the time period of this dress, possibly 1950’s. No labels; it is obviously custom made. What an elegant treasure.
