1900 Victorian Cotton Petticoat with Handmade Lace 6-523
Not only is this Victorian petticoat collectible, it is also sturdy and wearable. It would be a fine display example, not only of Victorian underwear but of hand made lace. Made of white cotton muslin with a hook and eye closure at the back waist band. Flared skirt has four panels. The highlight of the skirt is a 17" wide ruffle at the bottom with 5 1/2" wide hand made cluny bobbin lace at the bottom of the ruffle.
