This wonderful shawl collared, light tan sweater is of a very heavy ribbed knit. Six mid front 1" wide half dome caramel brown colored plastic buttons are incised to look like woven leather buttons. 6" long, 5 1/2" wide patch pockets on lower front. The 2" wide cuffs, the top of the pockets, and the button placket are of finer ribbing. A double line of golden brown V shaped hand embroidery forms a yoke effect on upper jacket front. Five rows of the same embroidery design is across the pockets and all around the front and back bottom of the sweater above the 3/4" wide bottom band. On the upper mid back is a hand embroidered image of a Hereford beef animal in warm beige, black, golden brown, dark brown and black.
