1950's Blue-Gray Tweed Jacket
7-309

This handsome jacket of herringbone small scale tweed in blue, gray and cream colors, would look great with jeans or chinos as well as trousers. It closes with three 3/4" diameter gray buttons; hand worked button holes. Three smaller ones are on each cuff. On the upper left chest pocket is a 5" by 5" slightly slanted patch pocket. Two 8" by 8" patch pockets are on the lower fronts. A 7" vent is at the bottom mid back. The jacket front and upper back and sleeves are lined with gray rayon twill. There is a welt pocket on each side of the chest lining. There is no label, nor is there evidence of there ever having been one, suggesting that it was custom made.
