1960's Check and Tweed Jacket 7-311

Light weight, very soft wool fabric has a tattersall check pattern with a shadow plaid background. Colors include black, charcoal gray, light gray, pinky taupe and rust. The narrow lapeled jacket closes with three 3/4" buttons, with two smaller ones on each cuff. There is a upper left chest breast welt pocket and 2 lower pockets with flaps which could be tucked in. There is a 9" long vent on the lower mid back. The rayon lining in the front and upper back is charcoal gray with a woven stripe; the sleeves are lined with similar cream colored fabric. There are two upper chest inner pockets in the lining. Label: Imported Fabric, Hart Schaffner & Marx, Ropers.
