1960’s XL Alpaca and Wool Sweater 7-328

Gold colored classic styled sweater is 50% alpaca and 50% wool. Alpaca fiber is sheared from goats which were native to the Andes but which are now raised in the United States. It is considered a rare, luxurious, exceptionally light and warmer than wool fiber with many superior qualities including long wear.

The center front closes with 6 1/2" gold composition buttons. The V neck and front edges are self piped. Fine ribbed 5" cuffs can to turned back to the width you need. 3" double bottom ribbing. Labels: TOWNCRAFT Plus, Penneys, M and 50% Virgin Alpaca, 50% Virgin Wool, Dry Clean Only.

Excellent condition.

Size: Large/XL. The sweater is marked Medium but the measurements are closer to a Large or even XL size.
Measurements: 44” chest; 21” under arm length; 28” mid back length; 30” waist easily stretches to 40”.
