1960's Emma Domb Fringed Gown 8-203

This sleeveless black rayon crepe gown has lots of interesting details which don't show up well on a black image. The tunic like long over bodice has high boat neckline. There is a diagonal drape from the left shoulder which has a flat 3" wide, 10" long flat bow. The unfitted tunic is open for 20" in the mid back. It drapes diagonally across the full length underskirt. It tapers from 15" long measured from the left under arm to 26" long measured from the right under arm. The tunic over-drape is edged with 4" wide black rayon fringe. The under skirt is attached to a black rayon bodice with a dropped waist which has a hidden mid back black nylon zipper. Label: Emma Domb, California. size 9 and original paper hang tag: Emma Domb, California, 75% acetate, 25% rayon.
