1950's Sheath Dress 8-216
A basic sleeveless dress ready to accessorize. It is made of heavy satin backed cream colored rayon shantung of such good quality it could pass for silk. It has a high scooped neckline; the front bodice has a horizontal seam detail above the bust line. The one piece skirt front has three soft inverted pleats. The back bodice and two panel skirt have fitting darts; there is an 18" long mid back metal zipper. At the mid back bottom skirt is a 6" long, 2" wide walking pleat.
