The front closes with three braided loops over 2" wide slightly domed self covered buttons. The two part curved sleeves have 3" wide cuffs. A 2" wide, 43" long belt is tacked at each side seam and closes in front with a braided loop over a 1 3/4" diameter self covered button. The back has three panels. The shoulders have the relatively narrow fitted shoulders of the time period. The lining is deep gold heavy weight cotton sateen There is a hidden 4" square pocket on the inner left coat lining.
