1960's Touchable Thick Brown Faux Fur Long Coat 9-409
This "demands-to-be-touched" coat is such a convincing faux fur we believed it was real fur at first glance. The fabric has cotton backing; the thick 1/2" long pile has some luster so it is probably at least part rayon. It has slit pockets. Roll back the cuffs on the long sleeves to the length you prefer; also adjust the height of the roll collar. Wear the coat loose, or there is an inside loop at about waist level which fastens over a hidden button to hold the coat closed. The lining is pinky taupe rayon satin brocade with a Greek temple and laurel leaf pattern.

Excellent condition.
Size: Medium - 8/10. Note: the body measurements are very generous, but the shoulder width indicates it is to be worn loosely.
Measurements: 48" bust; 18" sleeve length measured from under arm seam; 15" upper mid back sleeve seam to sleeve seam width; 44" mid back length; 74" bottom circumference. Remember to allow about 4" of ease beyond your actual measurements so the coat will fit properly over your clothes. Back to Women's Coats
