 1930's Light Weight Black Wool Coat with Faille Trim

This light weight coat is the perfect topper for your 1930's skirt or faille trimmed dress. It is made of novelty weave self stripe black wool. The black rayon faille rolled collar continues downward as lapels to the bottom of the coat front widening from 3" wide at the mid back collar to 7 1/2" wide at the bottom. On the upper left front is a vertical 3" long bound pocket; lower there are similar 5" long pockets. The sleeve caps are tucked for fullness and the shoulder pads extend into the sleeve caps. It is lined with black rayon broadcloth.

Measurements: 38" bust measured with the front edges touching; 16" sleeve length measured from under arm seam; 15" upper mid back sleeve seam to sleeve seam width; 40" mid back length; 65" bottom circumference excluding the faille sections.
