 1950's Cashmere Coat with Mink Collar and Back Interest 9-420
 Luxurious cashmere fabric is light and soft, yet warm. This blonde or light tan cashmere coat has bracelet length raglan sleeves with slightly dropped armholes. It closes in front with three 1 1/4" diameter mother of pearl buttons and bound buttonholes. The dark brown mink collar can be closed with two fur hooks and eyes. The collar is set on a separate band and can be detached; the coat neckline is finished underneath so it can be worn without the collar. The back has a mid back seam and two radiating tucks. The itself coat shows very little wear but a number of tiny surface nibbles have been filled in with matching yarn. These inconspicuous mends can be seen upon close examination. We believe that skillful mends show that a garment has been treasured and valued. If you want new, vintage is not for you.
Size: Large - 14/16.
Measurements: 46" bust; 54" hips; 13" sleeve length measured from the under arm seam; 19" mid back length; 55" bottom circumference excluding the 4" overlap. Remember to allow about 4" of ease beyond your actual measurements so the coat will fit properly over your clothes.
