1950's Flared Black Taffeta Half Slip/Petticoat 9-509
This flared rayon taffeta black half slip or petticoat is pretty enough to wear as an outside skirt, or it would give shape to your favorite full skirt. It has three panels in front and in back. There is a 6" wide ruffle at the bottom. The newly replaced 1/2" wide waist elastic will fit several sizes.
