  1950's Black Circle Skirt with Pinwheel Pattern C-034
Black rayon taffeta has a gray pinwheel all over pattern with some velvet flocking at the center of each motif. Two belt loops and front and back waist band. Slight gathers on the back. Metal side zipper; 1 button waistband.
