1950's Two Layer White Ruffled Bouffant Petticoat C-051
Dotted swiss white nylon outer layer over cotton inner layer attached at waist. Four panel gathered and flared skirt. Both layers have a 5" wide ruffle. The outer skirt has 3 rows of 1/3" wide machine cotton lace. Newly applied elastic waistband.
