Elastic waist white petticoat has a 6" tricot yoke. Below the yoke is 3 tiers of nylon net, each with 3 rows of white nylon ribbon. The inner net skirt also has three tiers. Hanging label: Size 12, Bouffant, 100% nylon, yoke 100% acetate.
