1920's Flower Basket Apron HA-027
A good example of a completed stamped design apron kit. Cream colored cotton muslin apron has a rounded shape with 1/4" wide machine embroidered gold colored edging on all edges and across the pocket top. A double line of flowers is embroidered down the front. Each line ends in a flower basket design connected to each other with an embroidered swag. Embroidery is in gold, green, rose, yellow, lavender, brown and blue. There are two 5" wide rounded pockets; each has a single rose colored flower embroidered on it. 2" wide self ties. A 25" long, 3/4" wide cream colored rayon grosgrain ribbon was added to form an over the head neck band. The apron was originally made to be pinned to a dress.
