1948 Simplicity Maternity Slacks Suit Pattern #2458 P4-005
From the back of the pattern: "Maternity Slack Suit: Patch pockets trim the flared-back top and a shoulder yoke releases soft front gathers. The slacks pleated at the front waistline, feature a gusset insert which allows for adjustment." Please note that size 16 in this time period had a bust measurement of 34"!

Good condition.
The envelope has some creasing and a small tear and wear on the upper right hand corner, and wear on the lower corners. All of the pattern pieces are present in good condition and the directions sheet is intact in good condition.
