Ordering Information
For your privacy and inventory control all orders are handled directly by Marian. Call or email to hold an item. Give item number and brief description. All listings are subject to prior sale. In most cases, Marian will respond within 48 hours by phone, fax, or email. Items will be held for 10 days only. If payment is not received in that time, the item will be returned to inventory.
Payment Options
Marian uses PayPal for her online payment. PayPal allows you to send fast and secure payment by using virtually any major credit card or sending payment directly from your bank account. If you wish to buy something, simply click on the order button of any item on the website. Shipping and any sales taxes are calculated by PayPal. If you have any questions about using PayPal, please do not hesitate to ask.
If online ordering is not for your, Marian accepts money orders, bank checks, American Express credit card or personal checks. Simply email us to hold an item. Please include the item number and a brief description. Marian will then confirm that the item is still available and calculate the final cost. Please phone or fax (208-324-3067) credit card information; do not email credit card numbers. USA funds only please. NOTE: personal checks will be held for 10 days to ensure they clear.

Shipping prices calculated by PayPal are for domestic US shipping only and while approximate and usually accurate. If you wish to have exact shipping and handling prices calculated, please contact us directly with the item number(s) via email or telephone. If ordering internationally, please contact us directly so we can calculate the proper shipping amount.

Shipping
Item will be usually be shipped within three working days after receipt of payment (or clearance of check). Most shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. The standard charge for shipping and handling for items not purchased through the website is $8.00. Shipping charges for large orders, specific requests, and special arrangements may be more and are worked out individually by email, fax or phone. We believe in the personal touch.
Returns
Please read size information, and condition descriptions carefully.
Returns will be accepted when:
• I am notified within 72 hours of receipt by fax, phone or email.
• Item is in the condition in which it was sent.
• Item is returned within 7 days of your receiving it and notifying me you wish to return it.
• Vintage Vanities will issue a refund within 7 days after receiving item.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
